I have only been using VENDiscuss.com for a month. I am just starting out without any machines placed yet. I have learned more in this one month time then I have from any other websites/searches in the past 5 months.
VENDiscuss.com has all the information you need to deal with almost every aspect of the vending business. It will give the new business the advantage of learning from other posters mistakes, get information on self placement, finding reputable companies, and dealing with your customers. I think this information could be very useful for even the seasoned vendor.
VENDiscuss.com is not like normal forums I have been to. They don't bash everyone and treat you with respect. I have yet to see any questionable content stay on long enough to be a problem.
THANKS VENDiscuss.com for everything.

I'm using vending as a vehicle to help me save for college and dorm room expenses, which means I only have limited amount of years before time's up. The information and guidance I've received on VENDiscuss has helped me find years of know-how when I don't have years to figure it out. It's truly been so helpful and led me to many better vending experiences. I'm so glad I found it.

VENDiscuss is my vending home, I use no other forum to share vending ideas on; there is no need. Operators here are both friendly and helpful, and from many countries. Ideas can be local or global, what a great mix.
After searching the net for information on vending for close to two years I was fortunate enough to find VENDiscuss. Other forums that I visited were, well to be kind, un-friendly. Most were either an extension of a business trying to sell you something or a close knit bunch who did not welcome outsiders or new small vendors. I joined VENDiscuss on September 18, 2007, and have not searched out another forum since.
VENDiscuss is a true family atmosphere, we have our squabbles like all families but there are no winners or losers like other forums were disagreements can turn to be full out flame wars. Since I have been a member there has been no banning or deleting of anyone’s post to my knowledge.
Steve Caserri is our host and administrator, his style is to allow the community to choose what it wants to become. And I believe the community has stayed true to caserri’s vision as all types of vendors, both large and small, are part of our community. There are people in the research stage with no vending equipment or experience to multi-state vendors, bulk, and full-line and amusement vendors. There are locators and suppliers and international members, different backgrounds cultures and beliefs. Getting along just like one large happy family.
I have been a small business owner for more than 10 years and have always found it helpful to associate with other business owners for the exchange of ideas. But that is traditional business and discussing vending with them becomes an exercise in explaining why I would persue this field. That is why a community like VENDiscuss is so important to me, others with the same vision exchanging ideas, sharing the ups and downs; this is home for my vending business, where I can unwind and laugh and share experiences.
